Where is this going?

Nicole contacted me with a strange request and I was happy to help. As part of a gift for someone, she wanted part of a map super imposed on top of a photo taken through the windscreen of a car.

I was able to brighten up the image add some more colour and using a darker colour blending layer I was able to drop in the map detail and voilà ! One photo restored and retouched to make a wonderful gift for Christmas.
